Delivering results 

There are three steps to take you and your baby through the first few months without stress or anxiety…

1. The pre-birth call and information session:

 These 1 hour calls cover what to expect in the first few months, the fundamentals and principles of sleep and the best and safest sleep environment. You will have the opportunity to ask lots of questions to ensure you feel comfortable and prepared for the sleep needs for your little one. That you know what to expect and feel relaxed and in control, so you can rest and enjoy your baby in those first few months

2. Monthly information and check ins:

 for the first 4 months I will send you an information sheet detailing what changes you can expect in your baby’s sleep at this time. This will be followed up by a 20 minute call to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

This will enable you to have confidence and control around your little one’s changing sleep needs.

3. A final summary call:

A 45 minute call answering all your final sleep questions and providing your with the guidance, support and information you need to keep your baby on track.

This call will give you the tools and insight you need to continue to support your baby to get great sleep skills for life.
